Self Care Travel Tips and Cruise News push ups

We’re talking about self care, travel tips, and cruise news in this week’s podcast

This week we talk about 5 self care travel tips you can use pre-cruise, and everyday. We also cover the latest cruise news from around the industry.

Here a quick look at the list we’ll be discussing in the podcast

  1. Prioritize Stress management two weeks before your trip. Make it your job!
  2. Find ways to Let go at work
  3. Invest in some pre-travel Pampering- we often delay pampering and rest until we go on vacation but this can lead to getting sick and run down. Instead consider having a spa day at home on the weekend before your trip. Manicure, pedicure, massage, tan appt…waxing, whatever.
  4. Do your packing in advance and then walk away from it!
  5. Consider boosting your immunity:
  • Supplements
  • Clean Food
  • Hydrate
  • Prioritize sleep
  • Prioritize exercise – why??
  • Splurge on a manicure or haircut

Very relatable host(s) who it’s easy to feel like you’re just sitting at a table with while they talk and banter enthusiastically about cruise stuff. Working hard for our attention, and I appreciate that.

I started listening last year when I booked my very first cruise, which is a transatlantic this April with my mom! The info you share has been incredibly helpful! I love your bright personality and enthusiasm for cruising. I listen on my way to work in the mornings and get so excited about my own cruise! Thank you, and Mr CruiseTips, so much for this podcast!

Going on my first ever cruise this summer to Alaska and trying to learn as much as possible. Really enjoy this podcast. Your voices are so easy to listen to, love the banter, and so much good information. My only wish is that you knew Celebrity because that’s who I’m cruising with. That aside, thank you.
