Easy Healthy Instant Pot Air Fryer Chicken Recipe

Welcome back to another Amazon Live cooking with Sheri! We are cooking up some super fun, super healthy air fryer chicken tonight. If you’ve watched some of our recent Amazon livestreams, then you probably know we purchased an awesome new Instant Pot Air Fryer. We’ve been having a blast trying new things with this air fryer. We’ve cooked all kinds of things including French fries, tater tots, nachos, grilled cheese sandwiches, and even a whole chicken. It’s so much fun, and really fast. We came across this air fryer chicken tenders recipe, and just had to try it out in a livestream. They are breaded, tender, juicy, and oh so tasty.

Easy Healthy Air Fryer Chicken Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need to follow along with this recipe

Chicken Marinade 

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
